Policies

General:

✧ Sizing is your responsibility, there will be no refunds or cancellations for sizing errors. Sizing kits are highly advised for the most accurate fit! (Tip: size up if you're in-between sizes, you can always file them to your size.)
✧ If you lose/ damage a nail you can purchase a replacement nail.
✧ Once I start your set there will be no more changes made.
✧ As ALL nails are 100% handmade & custom, I will NOT be doing exchanges or returns.

 

Shipping:

✧ Once order is confirmed, processing time is 3-12 business days (no weekends). 
✧ Shipping is standard 3-5 days. Expedited shipping is available, additional shipping rates will apply.
✧ If you need to make a change before a shipping label is made, you can email goldenhournails.co@gmail.com to fix it. If you message me after the label has been printed, you will be charged to reprint a new label.
✧ 'Golden Hour Nails' is not responsible for your package once it has been scanned into the system & shipped.
✧ There will be free shipping for orders over $100!
